For operators, brokers and dealers

Present your charter, empty leg and aircraft offers on Aviqora

A private aviation marketplace where providers publish their own offers and answer customer requests directly.

What Aviqora is

Aviqora enables private aviation operators and providers to present their charter, empty leg and aircraft offers to potential customers. Customers browse and compare listings from different providers, and every request is routed to the provider responsible for that listing. Aviqora does not operate aircraft and does not sell flights on its own account.

What you can publish

Listing typeTypical content
Charter offersAircraft type, class, seats, base and the hourly or flight price you state
Empty legsRoute, departure date and time window, seats and your price
Aircraft for saleManufacturer, model, year, specification and asking price

Who you can reach

  • Travellers looking for a charter flight on a specific route and date.
  • Flexible travellers searching for empty legs and repositioning flights.
  • Buyers and advisors looking at business jet sales listings.
  • Visitors arriving from search engines and AI assistants through the public listing pages.

Reach depends on your own listings and on overall demand; Aviqora makes no promises about volumes of enquiries or revenue.

How a request reaches you

Regular platform use for registered providers:

  1. A customer opens your public listing and sends a request with route, date and passengers.
  2. You receive the complete request by email, with the customer's address as reply-to.
  3. The same request appears as a conversation in the Aviqora message area of your company.
  4. You answer by email or in the message area – both channels stay open in parallel.
  5. For aircraft sales, you agree the sale directly with the customer.

Charter Enquiry Pilot – Selected Providers

For selected charter providers, Aviqora offers an individually agreed 45-day email-only pilot.

If suitable customer enquiries are received during the agreed trial period, Aviqora may forward up to three enquiries directly to the provider by email.

No registration, public listing or additional software integration is required for this trial.

There are no monthly fees or brokerage commissions on these pilot enquiries, even if a resulting booking is agreed after the trial period.

Providers remain free to decide whether to respond to an enquiry or submit an offer. A minimum number of enquiries cannot be guaranteed.

The email pilot currently does not include online charter booking or payment through Aviqora. If an enquiry progresses, the next steps and booking arrangements will be clarified individually.

Why international visibility helps

Public listing pages on Aviqora are indexable and structured for search engines and AI search systems in German and English. A listing can therefore be found by customers who search in another language or from another country, without you maintaining a separate international website.

How to join

  1. Create an account on Aviqora.
  2. Apply as a provider and complete your company profile.
  3. Choose a plan; details and prices are shown on the pricing page.
  4. Publish your charter, empty leg or aircraft listings once the company is active.

Aviqora for providers – questions and answers
